Our concierge service starts with a meeting at your home, where we will perform a full walk-through of your property and provide a documented inspection report. We will review the information with you and make recommendations based on the inspection. The recommendations could include a follow up visit from one of our technicians, a specialized contractor from our network, or your preferred contractor.
Our app makes it easy to access your inspection report as well as submit any new maintenance requests. We are able to handle all basic handyman requests internally, but work with a great network of contractors that can coordinate for larger projects.
We are also able to handle smaller tasks that can make things easier for you, such as assembling furniture or large items, picking up mail or watering plants when on vacation, or general help with cleaning or organizing.
