Investor Plan

$50/month


  • tenant rent collection & transfer to owner
  • responding to all maintenance requests & forwarding to the property owner or designee for scheduling
  • annual property inspection at renewal or placement with detailed owner report


Full Service Plan

$75/month


  • includes management plan plus the following
  • responding to all maintenance requests and scheduling service with one of our in-house technicians (in-house maintenance bills at $85/service call, $85/hour labor and 10% upcharge for materials) 
  • spring and fall property inspection with detailed owner report

Concierge Plan

$35/month


  • great for owner occupied or seasonal properties
  • annual property inspection with detailed owner report
  • owners can submit maintenance requests at any time and we will coordinate repairs with one of our preferred contractors
  • one visit per month included (vacant property check, water the plants while you are on vacation, etc.)
